The integral feature within Integrated Resources is the reporting tool. Reports are created using Crystal reports and our Technical architecture is left open to allow clients to design their own at no additional costs. This enables the reporting tool to produce reports on any and all aspects (concise or general) of the booking; for example, catering staff know what, where and what time to deliver items. Historical statistics may also be produced. This is particularly useful for cost analysis or general invoicing.
The most important aspect of Integrated Resources is that it is client driven - we take into account the different methods clients have in booking their resources and use these to add features to the product as well as customize installations to their requirements.
We do have a browser version available and already have clients both across the UK and internationally using the software. Some clients even use it across multiple sites allowing them to book facilities on other sites from the same interface.
